Anxiety's Chicken Rice Soup

• Chicken Broth
• Boneless Chicken
• Rice
• Broccoli
• Butter
• Salt
• Red Pepper Flakes

1. Grab a pot and pour the broth in, grab a handful or 2 of rice, 4-5 broccolis, slice two slices of butter and toss a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes all in leave on stove to steady boil
2. cut up chicken and cook on a buttered pan and toss in pot once cooked (or simply toss canned chicken in pot)

Joy's Soothing Tea/or Cocoa

• two packs of cocoa (or any hot tea)
• scoop of vanilla icecream

1. make hot tea or cocoa
2. then put 1 scoop of icecream on top
